摘  要:针对大型波导波束天线中大型平面反射镜的需求,给出了一种新的结构形式与制造方法,能够满足平面反射镜的高精度、高刚度以及轻量化的要求。通过有限元分析优化设计,对比不同材料、不同结构形式下的平面反射镜的力学性能,分析对比了常见蜂窝夹层结构计算的等效方法。依据蜂窝夹层三明治夹芯板理论的有限元分析结果,采用铝合金材料加铝蜂窝复合成型的设计,合理地设计了平面镜结构形式以及连接形式,加工了3块平面反射镜。验证结果表明,所设计加工的平面反射镜达到了设计要求的精度、刚性以及轻量化的指标,可以满足工程的实际需要。In order to meet the requirements for large planar mirrors in large waveguide beam antennas,a new structural form and the manufacturing method are presented,which can meet the requirements such as high precision,high stiffness and light weight.Finite element analysis is used to optimize the design,and the mechanical properties of the plane mirrors with different materials and different structures are compared.The equivalent method of honeycomb sandwich structure calculation is analyzed and compared.Finally,according to the finite element analysis results of honeycomb sandwich plate theory,a design scheme of aluminum alloy material and aluminum honeycomb composite molding is adopted.The structure form and connection form of the mirror are designed reasonably,and three plane mirrors are processed.The inspection and measurement results show that the plane mirror designed and processed meets the design requirements for precision,rigidity and lightweight indexes,and it meets the practical needs of engineering.
