摘  要:随着旅游业的升级发展以及旅游方式的转变,人们的出行更具理性,更加倾向于主题旅游、定制旅游等新的模式。饮食文化旅游逐渐走进游客的视野;美食背后的特色文化体验日益受到旅游者和旅游企业的关注。为进一步促进饮食文化旅游的发展,不少研究者在饮食文化旅游资源开发、融合发展和地理、人文环境分析等方面展开研究,产生了丰富的成果。基于此,本文就知网近五年来发表的相关成果进行梳理和分析,对研究内容和进展趋势做一个综合性的概述和展望,以期能够促进这一主题的研究。With the upgrading and development of tourism and the change of tourism form,people's travel is more rational,more inclined to the theme tourism,customized tourism and other new modes.Food culture tourism gradually known by tourists;the characteristic culture experience of the delicacy has been paid more and more attention by tourists and tourism enterprises.In order to further promote the development of food culture tourism,researchers have conducted a study about the development of food culture tourism resources,integration development and the analysis of geographical environment,and produced rich results.Based on this,this paper summarizes and analyzes the relevant achievements published by CNKI in the past five years,and makes a comprehensive overview and prospect of the research content and development trend,so as to promote the study on this topic.
