猴头菌提取物颗粒联合高压氧治疗溃疡性结肠炎45例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察猴头菌提取物颗粒联合高压氧治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效,将溃疡性结肠炎患者90例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组患者采用猴头菌提取物颗粒口服联合高压氧治疗,对照组仅采用高压氧治疗。比较2组患者的总有效率和治疗前后炎症因子水平。结果显示,观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者治疗前炎症因子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,在溃疡性结肠炎的治疗中采用猴头菌提取物颗粒和高压氧方案,可明显降低炎症因子水平,疗效显著。This study was to observe the effect of Hedgehog fungus exteracts granule(shortly named as Granule)combined with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC),randomly divided 90UC patients into observation group(45cases,treated with Granule plus HBO)and control group(45cases,only HBO);then,compared both groups'total effective rate and the inflammatory factors'level before and after treatment.As results,in total effective rate,and in post-treatment's TNF-αand IL-6level,observation group was significantly and respectively higher,and lower than control group(P<0.05);but,before treatment the inflammatory factors'level had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Results show that Granule plus HBO can significantly decline inflammatory factor's level,with great effect on UC.
