高职院校学生管理工作的困境与策略探析

摘　　要：随着社会对高素质专业技能人才的需求与日俱增,高职院校的重要性日渐凸显出来。但目前部分高职院校学生管理工作陷于力量缺乏,管理机制落后等诸多困难之中,长此以往将严重影响高职院校的育人效果。结合高职院校目前学生管理工作中出现的诸多困难,本文作者提出了对应的解决方案:例如加强高职院校学生思想政治教育工作、打造学生管理专业团队等一系列具体措施,希望借此推动高职院校学生管理工作稳定可持续向前发展。With the increasing demand for high-quality professional and technical personnel in the society,the importance of higher vocational education is becoming more and more prominent.However,at present,some higher vocational colleges are trapped in many difficulties,such as the lack of student management power,backward management mechanism and so on,which will affect the future development of students in the long run.Combined with the existing problems of student management in higher vocational colleges,the author puts forward the corresponding solutions,such as strengthening the management of students in higher vocational colleges and building the specialty of student management.The industry team hopes to promote the reform and development of student management in higher vocational colleges.
