职前体育教师风险管理能力存在问题与提升途径

摘　　要：运用问卷调查等研究方法,对职前体育教师风险管理意识、风险管理内容、风险管理主体等进行分析,探究职前体育教师风险管理能力现实问题并提出优化路径。高校职前体育教师风险管理存在相关教学与培养亟须深化调整,职前体育教师对体育教学风险内容缺乏全面了解,对体育风险管理理论体系认知不清晰,体育教学风险应对措施意识有待加强等问题。提出以下建议:完善职前体育教师体育教学风险管理政策法规;创新教育部门信息管理,加强职前体育教师风险管控;深入调整高校体育专业风险管理教育培养方案;引导职前体育教师提升专业素养意识。The risk management ability of the prevocational P.E.teachers is the basic driving force to deepen the high quality development of school physical education.Using questionnaire survey and other research methods,the paper analyzes the risk management consciousness,risk management content and risk management subjects,explores the practical problems of their risk management ability and puts forward the optimization ways.The prevocational university P.E.teachers lack a comprehensive understanding of the P.E.risk content,have unclear cognition of P.E.risk management theory system,and lack the awareness of the P.E.teaching risk response.The paper proposes to improve the risk policies and regulations of P.E.teachers,innovate the information management,strengthen the risk control of prevocational P.E.teachers,further adjust the risk management education and training plan,guide the pre-vocational P.E.teachers to improve the self-improvement awareness.
