摘　　要：“场”理论是阐释特定情境中个体行为受到其内在心理要素和外部环境要素共同作用的社会学概念,其中蕴含着个体-群体-环境三个考察维度,即个体心理、群体互动、环境特征共同影响个人的行为选择。培育民族地区意识形态认同能够有效为国家和地区安全稳定提供基础,为基本政治制度运行提供保障,为中华民族伟大复兴提供动力。应从个体情性特征、个体间互动特征与外部环境特征入手,以个体的内在发展为基石、以群体的有序交往为纽带、以社会的良性建构为根本,聚焦个体心理发展,构建良性互动关系,重视外部环境建设,多措并举共同推进民族地区意识形态认同建设。"Field"theory is a sociological concept that explains the individual behavior in a specific situation being influenced by its internal psychological factors and external environmental factors,which contains three dimensions of individual,group and environment,namely individual psychology,group interaction,and environmental characteristics jointly affecting individual behavior choice.Cultivating ideological identity in ethnic areas can effectively provide the basis for national and regional security and stability,guarantee the operation of the basic political system,and provide impetus for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The research should start with the characteristics of individual emotion,interaction between individuals and external environment,take the internal development of individuals as the cornerstone,the orderly communication of groups as the link,and the benign construction of society as the fundamental,focus on individual psychological development,build a benign interactive relationship,attach importance to the construction of external environment,and take multiple measures,so as to jointly promote the construction of ideological identity in ethnic areas.
