摘　　要：为了提高螺旋埋弧焊管生产中引熄弧板切割和试样制取的工作效率及质量,对工业机器人自动切割系统进行了研究和探讨。该系统采用上位机控制,配合工业机器人控制系统,通过修改人机交互界面的参数实现不同管径条件下的切割轨迹控制。应用结束表明,机器人自动切割系统能够实时完成引熄弧板、焊缝试样的自动制取和切割,运行稳定。使用该系统能够降低劳动强度,提高生产效率,提升生产线的智能化水平,对螺旋埋弧焊管的高质量生产具有重要意义。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of the arc extinguishing plate cutting and sample making in the production of spiral welded pipe,the application of industrial robot automatic cutting system is studied and discussed.The trajectory control under different pipe diameter conditions can be realized through the upper computer control,the industrial robot control system and the modification of the parameters of the human-computer interaction interface.After the application,the robot automatic cutting system can complete the automatic production and cutting of arc striking and extinguishing plate and weld sample in real time,and the operation is stable.Using this system can reduce labor intensity,improve production efficiency,and enhance the intelligent level of production line,which is of great significance to the high quality production of SAWH pipe.
