摘 要:为解决当前铁路客运需求的持续增加与铁路客运站建设相对滞后之间的矛盾,提出以站城融合理念为导向的铁路客运站选址方法,以此推动符合当前发展趋势的高品质铁路客运站的建设。旅客在多种出行方式中对城市轨道交通的选择概率,会随着铁路客运站与出行小区之间的距离而发生变化。基于此,改进传统Logit效用函数,分析旅客在出行小区到铁路客运站这段旅程中对于轨道交通的选择概率。以旅客出行总费用以及铁路客运站选址成本最低为目标函数,构建具有地理限制和多项约束条件的连续型选址模型,同时设计迭代算法对模型进行求解,并以算例分析验证模型和算法的合理性和可行性。结果表明该选址模型为铁路客运站的站址选择提供新了思路,并为推进TOD可持续发展,轨道交通一体化发展,站城规划同步化的发展提供相应的理论支持。To solve the contradiction between the increase in passenger transport demand and the relatively lagging construction of railway stations,a method of site selection for railway stations based on the concept of station-city integration is hereby proposed.This method can promote the construction of high-quality railway stations in line with current development trends.The probability that passengers choose urban rail transit will change with the distance between the railway passenger station and the travel area.Accordingly,in this study,the traditional Logit utility function was improved to analyze the passenger’s choice probability of rail transit during the journey from the travel area to the railway station.In addition,the lowest passenger travel expenses and the lowest cost of railway-passenger-station site selection constituted the objective function in this study to construct a continuous site selection model with geographic restrictions and multiple constraints.Simultaneously,an iterative algorithm was designed to solve the model,and an example was used to verify the rationality and feasibility of both the model and the algorithm.The results show that the proposed site selection model provides new ideas for site selection of railway stations,and can provide corresponding theoretical support for the transport-oriented development,the integrated development of rail transit,and the synchronization of station city planning.
