摘  要:横向运行稳定性是高速列车转向架悬挂参数优化设计的重要目标,高速列车不仅需要足够的横向稳定性裕度,也需要较强的抵抗转向架悬挂参数和轮轨接触等参数摄动对横向稳定性影响的能力,即列车具有较强的悬挂参数和线路适应能力。本文提出健壮稳定性的概念,定义悬挂参数健壮性和等效锥度健壮性指标,并以此作为转向架关键悬挂参数的优化目标。采用多目标优化和参数筛选两种方法,通过离散统计挖掘转向架关键悬挂参数匹配关系。得到两类转向架悬挂参数匹配规律,第一类采用较小的一系纵向刚度和较大的抗蛇行减振器阻尼组合;第二类采用较小的抗蛇行减振器阻尼,然而其二系横向减振器阻尼和一系纵向刚度要与抗蛇行减振器串联关节刚度呈现负相关组合。第一类悬挂参数需要较小等效锥度的踏面来匹配,车辆具有较好的低锥度稳定性;而第二类悬挂参数需要较大的等效锥度踏面来匹配,车辆具有较好的锥度健壮性。两种组合都能实现较好的车辆系统悬挂参数健壮性。将该方法应用到高速列车悬挂参数的设计中,对提高高速列车横向稳定性具有重要的价值。Hunting stability of high-speed train is an important objective for the optimization design of suspension parameters of high-speed train bogies.High-speed train not only requires a sufficient lateral stability margin,but also strong resistance to the influence of the parametric perturbation of bogie suspension parameters and wheel-rail contact parameters on the lateral stability.In other words,the train has a strong adaptability for suspension parameters and track conditions.In this paper,the concept of robust stability was proposed,and the indexes for the suspension parameter robustness and equivalent conicity robustness were defined and chosen as the optimization objectives for the bogie suspension parameters.The multi-objective optimization and parameter screening methods were employed to mine the matching relationship of key bogie suspension parameters by the discrete statistical method.Two types of matching rules for the key parameters based on robust stability were obtained.The first type used the combination of a smaller primary longitudinal stiffness and a larger yaw damper damping.The second type adopted a smaller anti hunting damper damping.However,the second lateral damping and the primary longitudinal stiffness need to be negatively correlated with the stiffness of the series joints of the anti hunting damper.The first type of suspension parameters required the matching of smaller equivalent conicity tread,with which the vehicle has better low conicity stability.While the second type required the matching of larger equivalent conicity tread,with which the vehicle has better equivalent conicity robustness.Both types of parameters matching can achieve better suspension parameter robustness of vehicle system.Therefore,the application of this method to the design of high-speed train suspension parameters will have a great value for improving the lateral stability of high-speed train in service.
