摘 要:将BP神经网络算法应用到辽宁省水资源开发利用程度评价中,建立辽宁省水资源开发利用程度评价模型,并利用AHP-熵权法-模糊综合评价法验证了其可行性。评价方法对比表明:传统的水资源开发利用评价方法多依赖于权重的确定,增加了评价的主观性和复杂性,BP神经网络可以对复杂的评价系统很好地识别,评价方法准确、快捷。评价结果分析表明:辽东地区的丹东市、抚顺市为V3级,水资源仍有较大的开发利用潜力;辽西地区的阜新市和朝阳市为V1级,开发利用潜力较小;其他10个地市均为V2级,水资源开发利用处于发展过渡阶段,仍有一定的开发利用空间。This paper applies the BP neural network algorithm to the evaluation of water resources development and utilization in Liaoning Province,establishes the evaluation model of water resources development and utilization in Liaoning Province,and verifies the feasibility of the model by the AHP-entropy weight method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The traditional evaluation method of water resources development and utilization mostly depends on the determination of weight,resulting in increasing subjectivity and complexity of evaluation.While the BP neural network algorithm can identify the complex evaluation system well,which is accurate and fast.The results show that:Dandong and Fushun in the east of Liaoning are V3,with great potential for water resources development and utilization.Fuxin and Chaoyang in the west of Liaoning are V1,with small potential for water resources development and utilization.The other 10 cities are all V2,and the development and utilization of water resources is in the transitional stage,with certain potential.
