摘　　要：党对教代会工作的全面领导是新时代完善党对高校全面领导的具体体现,是高校治理体系和治理能力现代化的题中之义和必然要求。必须深刻认识新时代完善党对教代会工作全面领导的重要意义,重新审视党对教代会工作的新要求,彻底厘清党对教代会工作全面领导的制度与实践面临的新挑战,将党的全面领导贯穿于教代会工作的全过程、各领域、各环节。通过准确把握时代内涵、加大制度供给和强化主体赋能,实现党的全面领导总要求与教代会改革创新任务深度融合,提高党对教代会工作全面领导的能力和水平,提升教代会改革创新的动力与效能。The Party's overall leadership over the work of Teachers'Congress is the concrete embodiment of improving the Party's overall leadership over colleges and universities in the new era and is the meaning and inevitable requirement of the modernization of university governance system and governance capabilities of colleges and universities.We must deeply understand the importance of improving the Party's overall leadership over the work of Teachers'Congress in the new era,re-examine the new requirements of the Party for the work of Teachers'Congress,thoroughly clarify the new challenges which the system and practice of the Party's overall leadership over the work of Teachers'Congress faced,and impenetrate the Party's overall leadership to the whole process,all fields and each department of the work of Teachers'Congress.By accurately grasping the connotation of the times,increasing the supply of the system and strengthening the main body,we can realize the deep integration of the general requirements of the Party's overall leadership with the reform and innovation tasks of Teachers'Congress,improve the ability and level of the Party's overall leadership over the work of Teachers'Congress,and enhance the motive force and efficiency of the reform and innovation of Teachers'Congress.
