血栓通注射液改善急性脑梗死患者炎症因子水平的Meta分析  

Meta-analysis of Xueshuantong Injection in Improving the Levels of Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

摘　　要：目的系统评价血栓通注射液改善血清炎症因子及D-二聚体水平的临床疗效。方法全面系统地检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普(VIP)、万方数据库、Embase、PubMed和Cochrane Library,采用Cochrane系统评价手册对所纳入的文献进行质量评价,并对纳入的文献使用RevMan5.3软件统计相关数据。结果共计纳入研究19项,共纳入患者1803例,观察组905例,对照组898例。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组(常规综合治疗)比较,试验组(血栓通注射液+常规综合治疗)能显著降低hs-CRP水平[MD=-3.20,95%CI(-14.09,-2.32),P<0.00001],IL-6水平[MD=-12.96,95%CI(-15.45,-10.40),P<0.00001],TNF-α水平[MD=-4.20,95%CI(-4.65,-3.76),P<0.00001],在改善D-二聚体水平方面试验组与对照组无显著性差异[MD=-0.15,95%CI(-0.32,-0.01),P>0.05]。结论基于现有数据和方法表明,血栓通注射液联合西医常规治疗可改善血清炎症因子水平。Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Xueshuantong Injection in improving serum inflammatory factors and D-dimer levels.Methods:The data in the CNKI,CBM,VIP,Wanfang Database,Embase,PubMed and Cochrane Library were comprehensively and systematically searched and the Cochrane System Review Manual was used to review the quality evaluation of the included literature,and the relevant data for the included literature was counted by RevMan5.3 software.Results:A total of 19 studies were included,including 1803 patients,905 cases in the observation group and 898 cases in the control group.Meta-analysis results showed that when compared with the control group(conventional comprehensive treatment),the test group(Xueshuantong Injection+conventional comprehensive treatment)could significantly reduce hs-CRP levels[MD=-3.20,95%CI(-14.09,-2.32),P<0.00001],IL-6 level[MD=-12.96,95%CI(-15.45,-10.40),P<0.00001],TNF-α level[MD=-4.20,95%CI(-4.65,-3.76),P<0.00001].There was no significant difference between the test group and the control group in improving the level of D-dimer[MD=-0.15,95%CI(-0.32,-0.01),P>0.05].Conclusion:Based on the existing data and methods,Xueshuantong Injection combined with conventional western medicine can improve the level of serum inflammatory factors.
