摘 要:水生动物能够感受水体中的化学信号寻找食物并且会对食物产生选择偏好性,仿刺参作为我国的重要海水养殖物种具有极高的经济效益,但仿刺参特殊的生活习性给采捕工作带来极大困难。本研究以仿刺参群体行为生态学为方向,利用行为学迷宫,使用视频记录和分析的方法,探究不同氨基酸(精氨酸、苯丙氨酸、脯氨酸、亮氨酸、牛磺酸、蛋氨酸)不同添加浓度(2%,10%,20%,30%,40%)引诱剂对群体仿刺参引诱效果差异。结果表明:不同类型的氨基酸对仿刺参的引诱效果不同,并且引诱效果随着氨基酸的浓度的变化而变化;6种氨基酸中,仿刺参对40%精氨酸的引诱显著排斥,而被2%苯丙氨酸和30%牛磺酸显著吸引,且仿刺参在30%牛磺酸引诱物处停留时间最长且选择率最高。本试验为仿刺参高效采捕提供理论和技术支撑。Aquatic animals can feel the chemical signals in the water,looking for food and having a preference for food.As an important mariculture species in China,Apostichopus japonicus has high economic benefits,but its special living habits bring great difficulties to the collection and capture work.In this study,we took the population behavioral ecology of Apostichopus japonicus as the direction,using the behavioral maze and the method of video recording and analysis,we explored the difference of attractants with different concentrations(2%,10%,20%,30%and 40%)of different amino acids(arginine,phenylalanine,proline,leucine,taurine and methionine)on the attractant effect of Apostichopus japonicus.The results showed that different types of amino acids had different attraction effects on Apostichopus japonicus,and the attraction effect varied with the concentration of amino acids.Among the six amino acids,Apostichopus japonicus significantly rejected the attraction of 40%arginine,but was significantly attracted by 2%phenylalanine and 30%taurine,and Apostichopus japonicus stayed at the attractant of 30%taurine for the longest time and had the highest selection rate.This experiment could provide theoretical and technical support for efficient harvesting of Apostichopus japonicus.
