摘  要:为测定48%噻虫胺SC药剂种子处理防控花生田沟金针虫的防治效果及筛选适宜的药剂用量,通过种子处理,在窒内对沟金针虫的药效进行测定并在大田花生收获期调查花生果危害情况测定其防治效果。结果表明,48%噻虫胺SC药剂8~12 mL·kg-1种子剂量拌种,对花生田沟金针虫具有较好防治效果,显著优于对照药剂60%吡虫啉FS。In order to determine the control effect of 48%clothianidin SC through seed treatment against Pleonomus canaliculatus in peanut field and screen the appropriate dosage of the insecticide,we first treated seeds with clothianidin and measured the pesticide effect of clothianidin to control P.canaliculatus in the laboratory.Then we investigated the damage rate of peanut fruit to determine the control effect at the harvest time in the field.The results showed that 48%clothianidin SC at the doses of 8-12 mL·kg-1 through seed treatment had a better control effect on P.canaliculatus,which was significantly superior to the control insecticides of 60%imidacloprid FS.
