摘  要:以抗坏血酸为阳性对照,建立ABTS^(+)自由基、DPPH自由基、Cu^(2+)还原力和总体外抗氧化模型考察两种品牌莞香茶黄酮类化合物的体外抗氧化活性。结果显示,莞香茶1黄酮类化合物清除ABTS^(+)·、DPPH·和还原Cu^(2+)的IC50分别为(5.651±0.031),(8.633±0.064),(4.450±0.096)μg/mL,莞香茶2的IC50则分别为(4.752±0.216),(5.465±0.047),(4.639±0.066)μg/mL;莞香茶1、莞香茶2与维生素C的FRAP值分别为0.218,0.279与0.180 mmol/L。莞香茶黄酮类化合物具有与维生素C相当的强体外抗氧化活性,与其质量浓度存在一定的量效关系,且莞香茶2强于莞香茶1。The in vitro antioxidant activity of flavonoids from Guanxiang Tea was studied by determining the scavenging capacity of ABTS^(+)·,DPPH·,reducing capcity of Cu^(2+)and the ferric reducing ability of plasma with vitamin C as positive control.The results showed the half inhibitory mass concentration(IC50)of flavonoids from Xianglaoli Tea on ABTS^(+)·,DPPH·and Cu^(2+)were(5.651±0.031),(8.633±0.064),(4.450±0.096)μg/mL,respectively.The IC50 of flavonoids from Hejiaren Tea on ABTS^(+)·,DPPH·and Cu^(2+)were(4.752±0.216),(5.465±0.047),(4.639±0.066)μg/mL,respectively.The FRAP of Xianglaoli Tea,Jiarene Tea and vitamin C were 0.218,0.279,0.180 mmol/L,respectively.The flavonoids of Guanxiang tea have strong antioxidant activity comparable to vitamin C in vitro.There is a dose-effect relationship between the antioxidant activity and the mass concentration of flavonoids,and the antioxidant activity of Jiarene Tea is stronger than Xianglaoli Tea.
