摘　　要：有机化学实验室开展的实验项目多,实验室使用频率高,使用化学药品种类广,需要加热的反应多,以上特点导致了有机化学实验室安全隐患多,管理任务重,对实验室的管理水平要求极高。本文通过文献调研,结合个人工作经验,从完善有机化学实验室安全管理体系、强化师生的安全防护意识、优化有机化学实验室的布局、规范实验化学品及废弃物管理等方面对有机化学实验室的安全管理进行浅述,为高校实验室的安全管理提供一些参考。The difficulty on management of organic chemistry laboratory mainly due to its high frequency of use,wide range of chemicals,and the broad need of heating.Safety management of organic chemistry laboratory was discussed in this paper from the aspects of improving the safety management system of organic chemistry laboratory,strengthening the safety consciousness of teachers and students,optimizing the layout of organic chemistry laboratory,and standardizing the management of experimental chemicals and waste,which may provide some references for the safety management of other university laboratories.
