摘　　要：根据地方高校应用转型背景下对人才培养的要求,结合井冈山大学化工专业实验的教学实际,在实验体系、实验内容、教学方法和手段、产教融合等方面进行了一系列的改革。通过教学改革与实践,体现了地方行业需求,体现新技术、新工艺和信息化手段,开发了相关的实验教学资源,提升了学生的工程素质和实践能力,提高了毕业生的服务地方贡献度和综合竞争力。According to the requirements of talent training under the background of application transformation in local university,combined with the teaching practice of chemical engineering experiment in Jinggangshan University,a series of reforms were carried out in the aspects of experiment system,experiment content,teaching methods&means,and integration of production&education.Through the teaching reform and practice,the experimental teaching of chemical engineering specialty reflects the needs of local industries,new technologies,new processes and information means,develops relevant experimental teaching resources,improves the engineering quality and practical ability of students,and improves the local contribution and comprehensive competitiveness of graduates.
