摘　　要：研究适应当前新形势下地方本科院校高素质应用型人才培养要求的仪器分析实验课程体系。以化工科研项目《工业乙酸仲丁酯含量测定》为例,通过立体化项目教学法将其设计转化为综合设计性仪器分析实验项目,构建混合式教学模式及课程考核评价体系,开展具有地方特色的化工专业仪器分析实验教学模式改革的研究。The experimental curriculum system which meet the requirements of the training mode of high-level applied talents in local universities was studied.Take the research project<Determination of Sec-Butylacetate for industrial>as an example,which was transformed into comprehensive designed instrument analysis experiment through project teaching method,mixed teaching mode was constructed and course assessment and evaluation system were reformed,thus explore instrumental analysis experimental teaching reform specialty for chemical engineering with local characteristics.
