摘 要:轮缘异常快速磨耗将造成车轮频繁旋修,恢复车轮轮缘厚度将损失大量轮径,导致轮对提前报废,极大的增加运营成本、影响运营秩序。对某轮缘异常磨耗的动车组与线路开展调研,采用轮轨磨耗测试、轮轨型面匹配分析了轮缘异常磨耗的原因,通过线路试验与仿真分析对轮缘减磨措施进行了研究。研究发现:城际线路小半径曲线多,占总里程比例大,轮缘踏面长时间两点接触下快速磨耗,同时部分钢轨小半径曲线偏离设计廓形,也加剧了轮缘磨耗。基于试验与仿真结果,建议优先采用钢轨打磨、轮轨润滑等措施降低轮缘磨耗速度。Abnormal rapid wheel flange wear will cause frequent wheel profiling&turning,and restoring the thickness of flange will lose a large amount of wheel diameter,leading to early scrap of wheelset,greatly increasing operation cost and affecting operation order.The causes of abnormal flange wear were analyzed by wheel-rail wear test and wheel-rail profile matching,and the measures to reduce flange wear were deeply studied through field test and simulation analysis.It is found that the small radius curves of intercity lines take a large proportion of the total mileage,and the wheel flange wears rapidly under the long-term two-point contact.Meanwhile,the small radius curves of some rails deviate from the design profile,which also aggravates the wheel flange wear.Based on the test and simulation results,it is suggested that rail grinding and wheel-rail lubrication should be adopted first to reduce the flange wear speed.
