摘 要:提出了基于ARM软核PLC的车辆组态系统可视化界面通用平台设计方案。针对传统的PLC使用CODESYS可视化界面编程的底层硬件方案具有现场可配置能力弱、不同项目之间可移植性较差的特点,在分析基于嵌入式软核PLC与CODESYS开发特性的基础上设计了基于MVB通信的车辆组态系统可视化界面通用平台结构。构造了在以IMX.6与S3C2440芯片为核心的双系统上进行移植与调试。以轨道车辆系统为例进行模拟运行,分析其相关功能以及实现该功能所需要的控制参数和实现策略,采用模块化编程,并以结构化文本与功能块图语言的编程形式完成可视化界面的设计。试验结果证明了该平台设计方案具有不同项目间可移植性高、运行稳定的优点。A general platform design scheme for visual interface of vehicle configuration system based on embedded soft-core PLC is proposed.The underlying hardware solution for traditional PLC using CODESYS visual interface programming has the characteristics of weak field configuration and poor portability between different projects.Based on the analysis of embedded soft-core PLC and CODESYS development features,the design is based on MVB communication vehicle configuration system visualization interface common platform structure.It is constructed to be transplanted and debugged on dual systems with IMX.6 and S3C2440 chips as the core.Taking the rail vehicle system as an example,the simulation operation is carried out,and the related functions and the control parameters and implementation strategies needed to realize the function are analyzed.Modular programming is adopted,and the visual interface design is completed in the form of structured text and functional block diagram language.The test results prove that the platform design has the advantages of high portability and stable operation between different projects.
