摘  要:随着互联网技术的飞速发展,教育正迈向"互联网+"时代。传统教育教学的方方面面正在发生改变,传统的教师角色迎来了挑战,新型教师角色塑造迫在眉睫。为了消除高校教师角色转换过程中的重重阻力,推进教师角色的顺利转换,各相关主体须做到以下几点:国家理应完善相关的法律政策,建立相应的奖励机制;高校应加强基础设施建设,强化对教师信息素养的培训;教师应强化自我革新意识,推动角色转型。With the rapid advancement of Internet technology,education is moving towards the"Internet + "era, which is changing all aspects of education and teaching. The role of traditional university teachers is facing challenges, and the shaping of new teacher roles is imminent. Issues at different levels of the country, universities, and teachers have led to numerous obstacles in the process of role conversion of teachers in universities.In order to promote the smooth development of role conversion of teachers, the country should improve relevant laws and policies and establish corresponding reward mechanisms;universities should strengthen infrastructure construction, and strengthen the training of teachers’ information literacy;teachers should strengthen their awareness of self-renewal and promote the transformation of their roles.
