摘　　要：高校学生党员是建设有中国特色的社会主义现代化强国最有生机和活力的力量,培育高质量的学生党员队伍是高校党建创新发展的迫切需求。然而调查发现,当前高校学生党员的教育管理存在理论教育缺乏系统性、学生党员发展标准不清晰、学生党员在班级内存在感缺失、基层党支部工作缺乏创新性等问题。在这种现状下,高校应做到党建思政资源体系化、学生党员教育培养发展管理过程规范化、学生党员质量工程建设高效化、基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用实效化,充分发挥学生党支部在班级管理中的作用,提升学生党员队伍的标杆形象,增强基层党支部的战斗力、凝聚力、辐射力和引领力。Student Party members in colleges and universities are the most vital force in building a powerful socialist country with Chinese characteristics. Cultivating high-quality student Party members is an urgent need for the innovation and development of Party construction in colleges and universities. However, the survey found that there are some problems in the current education and management of student Party members in colleges and universities, such as the lack of systematic theoretical education, unclear development standards of student Party members, the lack of sense of student Party members in the class, and the lack of innovation in the work of grass-roots Party branches. In the face of this situation, colleges and universities should systematize the ideological and political resources of Party building, standardize the process of education,training and development management of student Party members, efficiently construct the quality project of student Party members, and effectively play the role of the grassroots Party branch in class management, enhance the benchmark image of student Party members, and enhance the combat effectiveness,cohesion, radiation and leading power of grassroots Party branches.
