摘　　要："以文化人"是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的重要路径,也是提升学生文化修养的有效措施。在当前一个时期,高职院校应将"以文化人"作为社会主义核心价值观培育的发力点,本着整体性与个性化相统筹、渗透性与艺术性相统筹、灌输性与主体性相统筹的原则,唱好准确把握"文"的内涵、精准确立"化"的维度、科学构建化人机制、大力营造文化氛围"四部曲",为社会主义核心价值观深入人心开辟有效路径。"Cultural education"is an important way for higher vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering people, and it is also an effective measure to enhance students’ cultural accomplishment. In the current period, higher vocational colleges should take"cultural education"as the starting point for the cultivation of socialist core values, in line with the integration of integrity and individuality, the integration of permeability and artistry, and the integration of indoctrination and subjectivity, and well carries out the"four steps"of accurately grasping the connotation of"culture", accurately establishing the dimension of"education",scientifically constructing a mechanism of education, and vigorously creating a cultural atmosphere, so as to open up an effective path for socialist core values to go into the hearts of the people.
