摘 要:目的探讨辨证施护在胸外科中医护理教学中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年2月—2019年6月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院第二胸外科实习的85名护士的资料,根据临床带教方案的不同分为观察组(43名)和对照组(42名)。对照组实施传统的教学方法,观察组实施辨证施护的教学方法。比较2组实习护士的中医辨证施护能力评分和患者的满意度。结果观察组实习护士掌握四诊内容、证候诊断、证候分析、中医护理诊断、施护方法、中医技能应用及健康教育的中医辨证施护能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组患者对实习护士的总满意度为93.33%(42/45),高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论辨证施护在胸外科中医护理教学中的应用,能提高实习护士的中医辨证施护能力和患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of syndrome differentiation in nursing teaching of thoracic surgery.Methods The data of 85 nurses who practiced in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from February 2018 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different clinical teaching programs,they were divided into control group(traditional teaching,42 cases)and observation group(syndrome differentiation nursing,43 cases).Observation of the ability of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation and treatment of the two groups after 3 months of internship was carried out.Results The scores of the four diagnosis contents,syndrome diagnosis,syndrome analysis,TCM nursing diagnosis,nursing methods,TCM skills application and health education in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.33%(42/45),which was higher than 77.78%(35/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The syndrome differentiation nursing has a good application effect in the TCM nursing teaching of thoracic surgery,which is beneficial to improving the nurses’ability of syndrome differentiation nursing and increasing patient satisfaction.
