摘  要:脑缺血再灌注损伤可导致感觉、运动等神经功能障碍,严重时危及生命,目前在我国发病率日益上升,并且呈现年轻化趋势,如何减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤一直是研究的热点问题。胶质细胞在神经系统中的数量远远超过神经元,是近20年来研究脑缺血再灌注损伤领域的焦点,补阳还五汤作为临床上治疗缺血性脑卒中的经典方剂,不少研究证明补阳还五汤治疗缺血性脑卒中与调控胶质细胞有关。该文综述了胶质细胞在补阳还五汤及其组分治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤中的作用。Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury can cause sensory and motor dysfunction,and even lead to death.The incidence rate is now increasing and showing a younger trend.How to reduce cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury has been a hot issue.The number of glial cells in the nervous system is far more than that of neurons,which has been the focus of research in the field of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in the past two decades.Buyang Huanwu decoction(BYHWD)is a classic prescription for the treatment of ischemic stroke.Numerous studies have proved that glia participated in the protective role of BYHWD in ischemic stroke.This paper reviews the protective role of glial cells in BYHWD and its components in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
