我国临床药师工作开展方式的文献研究

摘　　要：目的:了解我国临床药师在不同医疗服务水平下的工作开展情况,总结临床药师工作完成方式,为建立和实施规范化临床药师工作模式提供思路。方法:检索相关文献,纳入介绍我国医疗机构临床药师工作模式的文章,运用文献分析法对文献进行信息提取和统计。结果:共纳入符合研究要求的临床药师工作模式相关文献59篇,分析发现临床药师服务项目在医院等级、地区分布、是否为临床药师培训基地等因素影响下的开展水平略有不同。临床药师各工作项目完成方式各异,以符合医院及科室专业需求。结论:临床药师工作模式建立已初具规模,工作重心向临床服务转移,但其工作方式有待进行规范化管理,以适应患者专业、精细、全面的药学服务需要。OBJECTIVE To grasp the current implementation status of clinical pharmacists at different medical service levels in China,summarize their modes of completing tasks and provide references for establishing and implementing of standardized task mode.METHODS The relevant literatures were searched and the articles discussing the working mode of clinical pharmacists at medical institutions in China retrieved.Literature analysis was performed for extracting information and statistic processing.RESULTS A total of 59 literatures fulfilling the study requirements were obtained.The implementation levels of clinical pharmacists were slightly different under the influences of such factors as hospital grade,regional distribution and whether or not a hospital acted as a training base.Clinical pharmacists completed various work projects in different ways to meet the professional needs of hospitals and clinical departments.CONCLUSION The task mode of clinical pharmacists has begun to take shape and the focus of practicing for clinical pharmacists is gradually shifting to clinical services.However,their implementation modes require a standardized management to meet the patients’needs of professional,detailed and comprehensive pharmaceutical cares.
