摘　　要：噪声污染已成为新世纪的重大环境公害。在综合分析2012年至2019年《长春市声环境质量报告》的前提下,对长春市噪声污染的声源构成及影响城市声环境质量的根源进行深度剖析,并在此基础上,以“绿色”“协调”“创新”新发展理念为指引,从行为人行为模式养成的角度及政府、社区、行为人共同参与的角度寻求探索防治城市噪声污染的对策,力图为城市声环境质量的改善建言献策。The urban noise pollution has become a major environmental hazard in the new century.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the Report on the Quality of Sound Environment of Changchun City from 2012 to 2019,the sound source composition of noise pollution in Changchun City and the root causes affecting the quality of urban sound environment are analyzed in depth.On this basis,the new development concepts of“green”,“coordination”and“innovation”are taken as the guidance,from the perspective of the behavior pattern of the actors and the participation of the government,community and actors,this paper explores the countermeasures for the prevention and control of urban noise pollution,and tries to make suggestions for the improvement of the quality of urban acoustic environment.
