摘　　要：国家虚拟仿真实验项目“放射性同位素标记核酸分子杂交实验”综合运用Unity3D、三维数字采集还原等信息技术,将RNA提取、变性RNA电泳、Northern印迹(转膜)、预杂交、探针的制备与杂交、洗膜和放射自显影压片等实验内容进行虚拟仿真,还原虚拟实验场景,实现3D交互。该项目突破了时空和高危实验环境限制,虚实互补,有效地提升实验教学效果,培养学生实践创新能力。通过对软件功能开发、实验内容和教学模式设计、开放共享、优化改进等全面探究,发挥国家虚拟仿真项目的示范引领作用,为建设优质虚拟仿真实验教学资源积累经验,提供参考。The national virtual simulation project“Hybridization Experiment of Radioisotope Labeled Nucleic acid Molecules”comprehensively uses information technologies,such as Unity3D and 3D digital acquisition,to carry out virtual simulation of experimental steps,such as RNA extraction,denatured RNA electrophoresis,Northern imprinting(film),preparation and in the process of the hybrid,probe hybridization,wash film and autoradiography tablet,to restore the virtual laboratory scene and achieve 3D interaction.The project breaks through the limitation of time and space and high-risk experimental environment,complements the virtual and real,effectively enhances the experimental teaching effect,and cultivates students’ability of practice and innovation.Therefore,it gives play to the demonstration and leading role of national virtual simulation project,so as to accumulate experience and provide reference for the construction of high-quality virtual simulation experiment teaching resources,by exploring software function development,experimental content and teaching mode design,open sharing,optimization and improvement,etc.
