摘  要:人才市场的数据分析发现,人才的能力要求强调复合性和应用性。单一的实验和实践缺乏学科交叉和过程交叉,不利于学生综合能力的提升。为使学生将统计理论知识内化为数据的获取、整理、分析能力,以产出为导向,以培养高水平应用型创新人才为根本目标对实验和实践教学体系进行重设,构建渐进式、多元融合的实践教学体系。并通过优化不同专业的培养方案、组建具有不同学科背景的教学团队、构建全过程、多维、动态的考评体系来保障多元融合实践课程体系的教学效果。The data analysis of the talent market shows that the ability requirements of talents emphasize complexity and application.However,the single experiment or practice lacks of interdisciplinary and process intersection,and is not conducive to the improvement of students’comprehensive ability.To enable students to internalize statistical theoretical knowledge into data acquisition,sorting,and analysis capabilities,output-oriented and with the fundamental goal of cultivating“high-level application-oriented innovative talents”,the experimental and practical teaching system is redesigned to build a progressive and diversified practical teaching system.In addition,the teaching effect of the multi-integration practice curriculum system can be guaranteed by coordinating the training programs of different specialties,establishing teaching teams with different subject backgrounds,and establishing a whole-process,multi-dimensional and dynamic evaluation system.
