摘 要:近两年,我国汽车产业销量持续下降,面对日益饱和的汽车消费市场以及国家对实体经济与战略规划的调整,中国汽车产业的生存空间不容乐观,要想获得增长源泉,必须重新优化行业资源。为了使汽车产业复苏,国家陆续推出了一系列政策来引导振兴汽车产业的发展,许多企业已经采取相应措施进行兼并重组,但是其成效并不明显。文章主要以汽车制造业供应链上的核心企业为研究对象,结合产业调整大背景对企业兼并重组战略进行博弈分析,从汽车供应链整合视角分析我国汽车供应链应对产业调整的对策。In the past two years,China's automobile industry sales continued to decline,facing the increasingly saturated automobile consumer market and the adjustment of the country's real economy and strategic planning,the survival space of China's automobile industry is not optimistic,in order to obtain the source of growth,we must re-optimize the industry resources.In order to make the recovery of the auto industry,countries have launched a series of policies to guide the development of the revitalization of the automobile industry,many enterprises have taken appropriate measures to carry on the merger and reorganization,but the effect is not obvious.This paper mainly takes the core enterprises in the supply chain of automobile manufacturing industry as the research object.Combining with the background of industrial adjustment,this paper makes a game analysis on the merger and reorganization strategy of enterprises,and analyzes the countermeasures of China's automobile supply chain in response to industrial adjustment from the perspective of automobile supply chain integration.
