综合医院中医护理绩效考核方案的实践与探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨适合综合医院推广中医护理技术的护理绩效管理模式。方法建立中医护理绩效管理团队,将中医护理技术纳入绩效考核方案,方案实施前(2017年1月—2018年12月)及实施后(2019年1—12月),从中医护理科研成效、中医护理技术开展的数量、病区护士绩效满意度3个方面进行比较,并作统计学分析。结果方案实施后,中医护理开展数量明显提高,中医护理服务人次由2017年的22193人次提高至2019年的13508026人次;中医护理相关科研成效逐年递增;病区护士各项绩效满意度提高,总体满意度由(3.01±0.69)分提高至(4.21±0.87)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将中医护理技术纳入综合医院绩效考核方案有助于中医适宜技术的推广以及中医护理的综合发展。Objective This paper discusses the nursing performance management mode suitable for the promotion of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in general hospitals.Methods The performance management team of Chinese medicine nursing was established,the Chinese medicine nursing technology was included in the performance appraisal scheme,and the results of Chinese medicine nursing research,the quantity of Chinese medicine nursing technology and the performance satisfaction of nurses in the disease area were compared and made statistical analysis before implementation(January 2017 to December 2018)and afte rimplementation(January to December 2019)the of the program.Results After the implementation of the program,the number of Chinese medicine nursing services increased significantly.The number of TCM nursing service passengers increased from 22193 in 2017 to 13508026 in 2019.The scientific research achievements related to traditional Chinese medicine nursing are increasing year by year.The performance satisfaction of nurses in ward increased from(3.01±0.69)points to(4.21±0.87)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Incorporating Chinese medicine nursing technology into the performance appraisal scheme of general hospital is helpful to the popularization of Chinese medicine suitable technology and the comprehensive development of Chinese medicine nursing.
