摘　　要：应用型研究生人才的培养是国家对高等教育的要求,利用产学合作平台,深度开展校企合作,改革研究生的实践教学模式,提升其实践动手能力,有效解决当前学生创新能力不足的问题.通过实践体系的设定、教学方法的革新以及产学合作联合培养模式的尝试,改变研究生教育模式单一、资源匮乏、师资薄弱等问题,将产学合作深度融入到研究生学生的创新实践教育,有效提高其社会竞争力.The cultivation of application-oriented graduate talents is the national requirement for higher education.By using the platform of industry university cooperation,we can deeply carry out the practical teaching mode of graduate students,improve their practical ability,and solve the problem of innovation ability effectively.Through the establishment of practice system,the innovation of teaching methods and the attempt of training mode,the problems of single graduate education mode,lack of resources and weak teachers are changed,and improve their social competitiveness effectively.
