冠心病患者行为模式、心理一致感和心理状态的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病(CHD)患者A型行为模式、心理一致感与心理状态的关系。方法:采用A型行为量表(TABP)、心理一致感量表(SOC-13)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某院60例CHD患者进行问卷调查。结果:CHD患者心理一致感总分与A型行为模式总分呈明显负相关(r=-0.526,P<0.05)。A型行为模式与SCL-90量表中强迫(r=0.459,P<0.05)、人际关系敏感(r=0.507,P<0.05)、抑郁(r=0.461,P<0.05)、焦虑(r=0.460,P<0.05)、敌意(r=0.561,P<0.05)、恐怖(r=0.449,P<0.05)等因子均呈显著正相关。心理一致感与SCL-90量表中强迫(r=-0.373,P<0.05)、人际关系敏感(r=-0.367,P<0.05)、抑郁(r=-0.348,P<0.05)、敌意(r=-0.315,P<0.05)、恐怖(r=-0.440,P<0.05)等因子均呈显著负相关。结论:CHD患者A型行为模式、心理一致感均与心理健康状态密切相关。Objective:To explore the relationship between type A behavioral pattern, sense of coherence and psychological states in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted on 60 patients with CHD in our hospital using the Type A Behavior Pattern(TABP),Sense of Coherence Scale(SOC-13)and Symptom Checklist(SCL-90).Results:The total score of sense of coherence in CHD patients was significantly negatively correlated with the total score of type A behavioral pattern(r=-0.526,P<0.05).Type A behavioral pattern was significantly positively correlated with coercion(r=0.459,P<0.05),interpersonal sensitivity(r=0.507,P<0.05),depression(r=0.461,P<0.05),anxiety(r=0.460,P<0.05),hostility(r=0.561,P<0.05)and terror(r=0.449,P<0.05)of SCL-90 scale.Sense of coherence was significantly negatively correlated with coercion(r=-0.373,P<0.05),interpersonal sensitivity(r=-0.367,P<0.05),depression(r=-0.348,P<0.05),hostility(r=-0.315,P<0.05),and terror(r=-0.440,P<0.05)of SCL-90 scale.Conclusion:Type A behavioral pattern and sense of coherence in CHD patients are closely related to psychological health states.
