摘　　要：高校创新创业人才的培养已经成为政府、企业和教育部门等共同关注的焦点。从WSR系统方法论视角,对新时代经管类成人高教双创教育进行了WSR三维分析,提出了“懂物理、明事理、通人理”的复合应用型经管人才的培养总目标,构建了基于物理—事理—人理(WSR)综合集成思维的人才培养模式体系,即物理集成:探寻新时代教育规律,重构双创人才培养新课程模块;事理集成:资源整合优化共享,构建社会、企业、政府和学校的多维互动平台;人理集成:处理好利益关系,创建和谐共荣共生的育人环境。为有效解决我国成人高教双创人才培养这一复杂问题提供了理论基础和参考策略。The training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities has become the common focus of the government,enterprises and education departments.From the perspective of the WSR system methodology,this paper analyzes the administration of adult higher education in the new era with the WSR three-dimensional method,puts forward the WSR training goal of composite application-oriented management talents,constructed adult higher education personnel training mode of administration system based on the WuLi-ShiLi-RenLi,with one integrated thinking.WuLi integration means exploring the educational rules of the new era,and reconstructing the new curriculum module of talent training for entrepreneurship and innovation;ShiLi integration means resource integration,optimization and sharing,to build a multi-dimensional interactive platform among society,enterprises,government and schools;RenLi integration means handling the interest relationship well,creating a harmonious co-prosperity and symbiosis education environment.It is hoped that this paper will provide a theoretical basis and reference about the composite talent cultivation of higher education for adults in China.
