艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗对精神分裂症患者PANSS评分和LOTCA评分影响

摘　　要：目的探讨选用艾司西酞普兰、奥氮平联合方案对精神分裂症患者的临床治疗效果及对其PANSS评分、LOTCA评分的改善效果。方法选取2019年9月~2020年9月收治的100例精神分裂症患者按随机数字表分为对照组(50例,奥氮平治疗)、观察组(50例,艾司西酞普兰联合奥氮平治疗),观察患者临床症状改善情况、认知功能状况、LOTCA评分、HAMD评分、BPRS评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况等。结果经相应治疗,两组患者PANSS量表中阴、阳性症状评分以及总评分均有明显改善,且观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者经治疗,LOTCA、HAMD及BPRS等评分水平均有所改善,其观察组改善程度均较对照组更佳(P<0.05);观察组临床总疗效是94.00%,相比对照组的76.00%显著更高(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为6.00%,相比对照组的10.00%无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者临床治疗中选用艾司西酞普兰、奥氮平联合方案,可有效改善患者临床症状,提升其认知能力,可获得更理想的治疗有效性,且药物不良反应率较低。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combined escitalopram and olanzapine in the treatment of schizophrenia and the improvement of PANSS score and Lotca score.Methods From Sep.2019 to Sep.2020,100 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the control group(50 cases,treated by Olanzapine)and the observation group(50 cases,treated by escitalopram combined with olanzapine),the improvement of clinical symptoms,cognitive function,LOTCA score,HAMD Score,BPRS score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed.Results After treatment,the negative and positive symptom scores and the total score of PANSS in the two groups were significantly improved,and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of LOTCA,HAMD and BPRS in the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effect of the observation group was 94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.00%,compared with 10.00%in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of escitalopram and olanzapine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cognitive ability of patients with schizophrenia,and get more effective treatment,and the rate of adverse drug reactions is lower.
