区域公路网与经济发展空间依赖关系研究

摘　　要：针对区域公路网规划建设与区域经济发展空间依赖关系问题,以产业结构重点突出的青海省为研究区域,进行了公路网密度与区域经济发展的空间依赖关系分析。根据青海省发展现状以5年为研究时段,建立了青海省融入区域重点产业发展指标的公路密度与经济发展空间依赖关系规律模型。研究表明:规律模型可描述87%青海省公路网相对于经济发展水平的需求预测;通过对青海省研究起始年份2014年与研究就近年份2018年的空间依赖偏好指数进行计算,青海省公路网与经济发展具有较强偏好依赖性;规律模型可根据区域经济发展状况进行公路网建设需求预测,为研究区域新建公路预可研决策工作提供支持,简化公路建设前期预可研工作。In view of the spatial dependence between the planning and construction of regional highway network and the development of regional economy,in this paper the spatial dependence between the density of highway network and the development of regional economy is analyzed relying on the Qinghai Province where the industry structure is prominent.According to the development status of Qinghai Province,taking five years as the research period,this paper establishes the spatial dependence model of highway density and economic development in Qinghai Province,which is integrated with the development indicators of regional key industries.The results show that:the regular model can describe the demand forecast of 87%highway network in Qinghai Province relative to the level of economic development;through the calculation of spatial dependence preference index of Qinghai Province in 2014and 2018in recent years,the highway network and economic development of Qinghai Province have strong partial dependence;and the regular model can predict the demand of highway network construction according to the regional economic development,which can provide support for the decision-making in pre-feasibility study phase of new highway construction in the study area,and simplify the pre-feasibility study work in the early stage.
