摘　　要：依法科学防控是我们战胜新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的重要法宝。卫生法治教育是卫生法治建设的关键环节,以新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控为契机,从政府、医学院校和医学生三个层面健全卫生法治教育制度,对于提高医务工作者的法律意识,增强依法行医的自觉性,推进卫生法治建设具有重要意义。Scientific prevention and control according to law is an important magic weapon for us to overcome the epidemic of COVID-19.Education of health law is a key link in the construction of health law.Taking the prevention and control of COVID-19 as an opportunity,we will improve the education system rule of health law from the three levels of government,medical schools and medical students.The consciousness of practicing medicine is of great significance to promote the construction of the rule of health.
