摘  要:Optogenetics,an optical technique that uses light as a modality of biological control to manipulate neuronal activity,has revolutionized the understanding of individual neurons and the ability to decode neural circuit mechanisms in the nervous system[1].Optogenetics technology has rapidly become a standard tool for understanding the mechanisms of cell types,neural circuits,and nervous systems under both normal and pathological conditions.
