路侧安全净区与交通事故关系探讨

摘　　要：以江西省境内某高速公路上一起3人死亡的较大道路交通事故案例为背景,通过事故深度调查工作,分析探讨路侧安全净区与交通事故责任之间的关系,同时为交通事故处理工作中的证据调查和责任认定以及事故预防相关工作提供参考,以期进一步做好道路交通安全隐患排查和跟踪治理工作。Using the case of a major road traffic accident with three deaths on an expressway in Jiangxi Province as the background,through the in-depth accident investigation,the paper analyzes and discusses the relationship between the roadside safety net area and the responsibility of traffic accident.And at the same time,the paper also provides reference for evidence investigation,responsibility identification and accident prevention in the process of traffic accidents handling with the hope to do a better job in road traffic safety hazards identification and their following treatment.
