摘　　要：海水化学实验具有很强的实践性和应用性,其课程设计的主要任务是使学生掌握海水化学研究中的样品采集、预处理、贮存方法、分析检测以及数据处理等。为提高该课程教学质量,对其在本科教学中存在的一些问题及改进建议进行探讨,从实验内容、教学方式和考核机制三个方面进行改革探索,取得初步成效。该教学模式对于激发学生学习兴趣,巩固基础知识以及综合实验技能的提升具有良好效果。The seawater chemistry experiment has strong practicality and application.The main task of its course design is to enable students to master the sample collection,pretreatment,storage methods,analysis and testing,and data processing in the research of seawater chemistry.In order to improve the teaching quality of this course,some problems and suggestions for improvement in undergraduate teaching were discussed,and the reform and exploration were carried out from the three aspects of experiment content,teaching method and assessment mechanism,and preliminary results were achieved.This teaching mode has a good effect on stimulating students'interest in learning,consolidating basic knowledge and improving comprehensive experimental skills.
