摘  要:绿色经济效率是新时代中国经济转入高质量发展阶段的重要衡量指标。在运用基于非期望产出的超效率SBM模型对我国各省份2007-2017年绿色经济效率进行测算的基础上,研究了R&D投入强度和环境规制对中国区域绿色经济效率的影响,回归结果显示R&D投入强度对绿色经济效率具有正向促进作用,环境规制对绿色经济效率具有显著的负向抑制作用,但是通过互动机制分析发现,两者交互效应均在1%水平上显著,环境规制对绿色经济效率的影响通过R&D投入强度的作用由负转正,R&D投入强度对绿色经济效率的影响通过环境规制作用后仍然显著为正,同时增加R&D投入强度和环境规制强度有利于促进区域绿色经济效率提升。Green economic efficiency is an important measurement indicator for China’s economic transition to a highquality development stage in the new era.This paper uses the super-efficient SBM model based on undesired output to measure the green economic efficiency of various provinces in China from 2007 to 2017.The impact of R&D input intensity and environmental regulation on China’s regional green economic efficiency is discussed.The regression results show that R&D input intensity has a positive promotion effect on green economic efficiency,and environmental regulation has a significant negative suppression effect on green economic efficiency,but the interaction effect both are significant at the 1%level.Through the analysis of the interactive mechanism,it is found that the impact of environmental regulation on green economic efficiency changes from negative to positive through the role of R&D input intensity,and the impact of R&D input intensity on green economic efficiency is still significantly positive after being used by environmental regulation,while increasing R&D input intensity and environmental regulation intensity is conducive to promoting regional green economic efficiency.
