摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是目前危害人类生命健康的主要疾病之一,肿瘤的治疗已成为当今医学界面临的巨大难题。哇巴因是一种洋地黄类药物,在临床上常作为强心剂而广泛应用。近年来有许多研究发现,哇巴因具有较强的抗肿瘤作用,且该作用对部分肿瘤表现出一定的选择性,其作用机制主要包括抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、诱导肿瘤细胞自噬、增强放射敏感性、逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性和靶向作用于Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶等,对攻破肿瘤治疗难题具有重大意义。本文将对哇巴因的抗肿瘤效应及其机制的最新研究进展做一综述。Malignant tumor is one of the major diseases that endanger human life and health at present,and the treatment of tumor has become a huge problem facing the medical community.Ouabain is a digitalis drug,which is widely used as a cardiotonic agent in clinic.In recent years,many researchers have found that ouabain has a strong anti-tumor effect,and its effect shows certain selectivity to some tumors.Its mechanism mainly includes inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing tumor cell apoptosis,inducing tumor cell autophagy,enhancing radiosensitivity,reversing drug resistance of tumor cells and targeting Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase,etc.,which is of great significance for overcoming tumor treatment problems.In this paper,the latest research progress of ouabain on the anti-tumor effect and mechanism of ouabain were reviewed.
