摘  要:目的探讨心内科非惩罚性护理安全文化建设的实践效果。方法我院于2018年12月底起构建并全面实施非惩罚性护理安全文化,强化“四层”管理体系与职能,选取2018年1—12月医院原有的不良事件上报情况与2019年1—12月实施非惩罚性护理安全文化后获得的数据进行横向比较分析,评价实施前后心内科护理人员不良事件上报态度;统计比较实施前后年度不良事件发生率。结果实施非惩罚性护理安全文化后心内科护士不良事件的上报意愿显著提高,2019年护士上报态度总分由2018年的(63.97±5.87)分,下降为(62.23±5.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心内科年度不良事件发生率由2018年的0.90‰下降为2019年的0.57‰(P<0.05)。结论非惩罚性护理安全文化建设提高了心内科护理人员不良事件上报意愿,有效降低不良事件发生率。Objective To explore the practical effects on construction of non-punitive safety culture in nursing care in the cardiology department.Methods Since the end of December 2018,our hospital has established and fully implemented a non-punitive nursing safety culture,and strength ened the'four-tier'management system and functions.The original report of adverse events in the hospital from January to December 2018 and the data obtained after the implementation of the non-punitive care safety culture construction from January to December 2019 were selected for horizontal comparison and analysis.Evaluation of the attitude of the nursing staff in the cardiology department before and after the implementation of adverse event reporting was conducted;A statistical comparison was made on the annual incidence of adverse events before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation of nonpunitive nursing safety culture construction,the willingness of cardiology nurses to report adverse events increased significantly.The total score of nurses'reporting attitude in 2019 decreased from(63.97±5.87)points in 2018 to(62.23±5.12)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The annual incidence of adverse events in cardiology decreased from 0.90‰in 2018 to 0.57‰in 2019(P<0.05).Conclusion The construction of a non-punitive nursing safety culture has increased the willingness of cardiology nurses to report adverse events and effectively reduced the incidence of adverse events.
