摘　　要：优秀的职业精神会使医务工作者明白工作中自身肩负的责任,更能理解患者的需求与感受,从而真正做到更好地为患者服务,进而促进社会和谐。医学高等院校作为培养未来医务工作者的摇篮,对提高医疗工作者知识技术水平,促进医疗事业的发展,维护社会的和谐,有着重要作用。该文阐述了现阶段我国多数医学高等院校在学生职业精神培养方面存在共性问题,并对医学生职业精神的培养提出了可行的方法路径。Excellent professionalism will enable medical workers to understand their own responsibilities in work,and better understand the needs and feelings of patients,so as to truly serve patients better and promote social harmony.As the cradle of training future medical workers,medical colleges and universities play an important role in improving the knowledge and technology level of medical workers,promoting the development of medical cause and maintaining social harmony.This paper expounds the common problems existing in the cultivation of students'professionalism in most medical colleges and universities at present,and puts forward feasible methods and paths for the cultivation of medical students'professionalism.
