摘 要:目的评价VR双眼视知觉功能平衡训练防控近视的效果。方法选择2019年2月至2020年3月深圳市眼科医院收治的150例100度以内的低度近视儿童,共247只眼被确诊为近视,一方面实施VR双眼视知觉功能平衡训练,另一方面做好正确用眼的健康宣教,培养良好的用眼习惯,保持正确的学习坐姿,平常坚持做眼保健操,6个月后观察视力和眼位变化情况。结果训练前平均裸眼视力为(0.62±0.05),训练后为(0.84±0.07),训练后显著优于训练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过前后对比,患眼的视力提升率为82.19%(203/247),水平眼位好转率为80.33%(241/300),垂直眼位好转率为81.67%(245/300)。结论在注意保护眼睛,坚持做眼保健操,保持良好用眼习惯的同时,加强VR双眼视知觉功能平衡训练,有助于提升低度近视儿童的视力,并且改善知觉眼位,值得在少年儿童中广泛推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effect of VR binocular visual perceptual function balance training on myopia prevention and control.Methods A total of 150 cases of low-grade myopic children within 100 degrees admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected and a total of 247 eyes of them were diagnosed with myopia.On the one hand,VR binocular visual perceptual function balance training was implemented.On the other hand,health education on proper eye use was carried out to cultivate good eye habits,maintain proper sitting posture for study and adhere to eye exercises.After 6 months,the changes in visual acuity and eye position were observed,and the naked eye visual acuity and refractive status of the two groups were compared.Results The mean visual acuity of naked eye was(0.84±0.07)after training,which was significantly better than that of(0.62±0.05)before training(P<0.05).The mean refraction was(-0.76±0.06)D after training,which was significantly better than that of(-0.92±0.08)D before training(P<0.05).According to the comparison before and after training,the improvement rate of the enrolled eyes of patients was 82.19%(203/247)for visual acuity,80.33%(241/300)for horizontal eye position and 81.67%(245/300)for vertical eye position.Conclusion While paying attention to eye protection,insisting on eye exercises and maintaining good eye habits,strengthening VR binocular visual perceptual function balance training can contribute to improving visual acuity and perceptual eye position in children with low-grade myopia,which is worthy of wide application among children and adolescents.
