西帕依固龈液联合维生素治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及对血清TNF-α水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探究西帕依固龈液联合维生素治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者的疗效以及对血清TNF-α水平的影响。方法选取荆州市第二人民医院口腔科2019年1—12月诊治的复发性口腔溃疡患者140例为对象,以随机数字表法分组,每组各70例。对照组70例患者给予西帕依固龈液治疗,观察组70例患者在对照组基础上给予维生素治疗,对比两组的总有效率、溃疡愈合时间、血清TNF-α水平等。结果观察组的总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的77.14%;观察组治疗7 d后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分低于对照组;且两组的疼痛消失时间、溃疡愈合时间比较,观察组均短于对照组;观察组治疗7 d后的炎症因子血清TNF-α、IL-2、IL-6水平均低于对照组;观察组随访3、6个月的口腔溃疡复发率分别为10.00%、25.71%,均低于对照组的28.57%、52.86%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论西帕依固龈液联合维生素治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效较好,能控制炎症反应、促进溃疡创面愈合、缓解疼痛感、预防口腔溃疡反复发作,值得推广。Objective To probe into the efficacy of cyproterone gingival fluid combined with vitamins in the treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcers and the effect on serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels.Methods A total of 140 patients with recurrent oral ulcers treated in the Department of Stomatology of the Second People's Hospital of Jingzhou City from January to December 2019 were selected as subjects.They were grouped by the random number table method,with 70 patients in the control group treated with cyproterone gingival fluid and 70 patients in the observation group treated with vitamin on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,ulcer healing time,serum TNF-αlevels of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.14%).The pain scores of Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 7 d of treatment.Meanwhile,the pain disappearance time and ulcer healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.The inflammatory factors serum TNF-α,interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels of the observation group after 7 d of treatment were lower than those of the control group.The recurrence rates of oral ulcers in the observation group after 3 and 6 months of follow-up were 10.00%and 25.71%,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group(28.57%and 52.86%,respectively),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cyproterone gingival fluid combined with vitamins has definite efficacy in treating recurrent oral ulcers,which can promote the control of inflammatory respons e and ulcer wound healing,relieve pain and prevent the recurrence of oral ulcers.Therefore,it i s worthy of promotion.
