摘 要:目的探讨住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中临床科研培训的必要性及培养方案。方法2020年6月1—15日通过微信平台“问卷星”就住培过程中临床科研培训的必要性、培训意愿、影响因素、培训内容和途径对住院医师规范化培训中学员和导师进行双向调查,将接受调查者分为学员组和导师组,比较两组人员对各个选项选择与否的差异,结合基地培训经验,探索住院医师规范化培训学员的临床科研培训方案。结果共收到全国85家规培基地医院问卷数据共295份,学员组165份,导师组130份。两组人员对住培生进行临床科研培训的必要性、意愿、培训内容中的数据处理能力及培训途径(参与导师的研究项目、在导师指导下、感兴趣的自己琢磨)的选择,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组人员对影响因素、培训内容(查阅文献能力、写作能力、创新能力)以及通过案例学习和参加科研讲座的培训途径的选择,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。管理部门的重视为推进临床科研培训的促进因素。结论对住培学员进行临床科研培训十分必要,以临床问题为导向进行培训,有利于学员临床能力的提高和未来职业生涯发展,相关管理部门应予重视。Objective To explore the necessity of clinical scientific research training in the standardized training for residents(abbreviated as STR)and the training plan.Methods From June 1 to 15,2020,through the WeChat platform'Questionnaire Star',a two-way survey of the trainees and tutors was conducted in the standardized training for residents on the necessity of clinical scientific research training in the process of STR,including training willingness,influencing factors,training content and methods.The survey respondents were divided into the trainee group and the tutor group,and the differences in choosing each option were compared between the two groups,in order to explore the clinical scientific research training program for the trainees under STR in combining with the base training experience.Results A total of 295 questionnaire data from 85 STR bases and hospitals across the country were received,165 answer sheets from the trainee group and 130 answer sheets from the tutor group.There were statistically significant differences in the necessity and willingness of clinical scientific research training,the data processing ability in the training content and the choice of training methods(participating in the research project of the tutor,receiving the guidance of the tutor,and exploring subjects with interests by self)for residents under training between the two groups(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in influencing factors,training content(ability of searching literature,writing ability and innovation ability),and the choice of training methods through case study and participation in scientific research lectures(P>0.05).The attention of the management department is a stimulating factor to promote clinical scientific research training.Conclusion It is very necessary to conduct clinical scientific research training for the resident trainees.The clinical problem-oriented training is conducive to the improvement of the clinical ability and the future career development
