改革开放以来我国高等教育的发展:成就、问题与展望

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国高等教育事业取得了很大成就:规模持续扩大,质量稳步提升、管理体制改革不断深化、国际化水平持续提升。但也存在以下问题:教育质量与世界水平差距较大,治理的现代化水平有待提升、教育公平难以保障和办学同质化等。新时期,应进一步提升我国高等教育质量,完善其治理模式,保障教育公平,鼓励高校特色办学,努力构建具有中国特色的高等教育事业。Since the implementation of the reform and opening-up policy,China’s higher education has made great achievements:the continuous expansion of the education scale,the steady improvement of teaching quality,the deepening of reforms in the management system as well as the continuous improvement of internationalization level.However,there are still some problems as follows,that is,the large gap between the education quality in our country and the world level,the inadequacy in the modernization level of governance,the difficulty in the assurance of education equality,and the homogeneity of schooling,etc.Therefore,in the new era,efforts must be made to further improve the quality of higher education in our country,to improve its governance model,ensure education fairness,encourage institutions of higher learning to run schools with their own features,and to construct the higher education cause with Chinese characteristics.
