铁路货车制动系统运用惯性故障的原因与措施

摘　　要：铁路货车在运用过程中,制动系统出现的故障一般很难查找原因,而且危害较大。笔者针对货车120(120-1)制动机的运用惯性故障,通过对比、试验、拆解和分析,总结出诸如“车辆抱闸”、“自然缓解”、“无制动缓解”等故障的原因,并提出在运用和检修时的解决措施。During the operation of railway freight cars,it is generally difficult to find the cause for the failure of the brake system,and it is more harmful.Based on the inertial failure of the truck 120(120-1)brake,the author summarized the causes of failures such as"vehicle brake","natural mitigation","non-braking mitigation"and other failures through comparison,testing,dismantling and analysis and propose solutions for use and maintenance.
