摘  要:为研究高速铁路对湖南省县域经济集散效应,选取2008~2017年湖南省124个区县的数据,采用双重差分(DifferenceinDifference,DID)模型,从经济密度、人口密度、第三产业区位熵、市场内部潜力4个方面来衡量高铁开通对县域经济产生的影响。研究结果表明:高速铁路开通对湖南高速铁路通过的核心县城市人口密度、经济密度与市场内部潜力产生显著提升作用,但在短期内会削弱核心县城市第三产业增长,削减了第三产业结构升级动力;高速铁路开通通过吸引农村或小城镇人口提高城市的经济集聚水平;高速铁路对促进边缘区域县城市第三产业发展贡献大,有助于区域经济协调发展。应重视核心、外围、边缘区域县城产业结构转型,尽快发挥高速铁路开通带来的经济效应。In order to study the centralization and dispersion effect of high-speed railway on county-level city’s economy in Hunan Province,data of 124 districts and county-level cities in Hunan province from 2008 to 2017 were selected.Difference in Difference(DID)model was adopted to measure the impact of high-speed railway opening on county-level city’s economy from four aspects,namely economic density,population density,location entropy of tertiary industry and internal market potential.The results show that:the opening of highspeed railway significantly improves the urban population density,economic density and internal market potential of the core county-level cities passed by Hunan high-speed railway,but weakens the growth of the tertiary industry in the core county-level cities in the short term and reduces the power of upgrading the structure of the tertiary industry.The opening of high-speed railway can improve the economic agglomeration of county-level cities by attracting rural or small-town population.High speed railway contributes a lot to the development of tertiary industry in county-level cities in marginal regions and contributes to the coordinated development of regional economy.We should pay attention to the transformation of the industrial structure in the core,peripheral and marginal areas,and take the economic effect brought by the opening of high-speed railway as soon as possible.
